We are responsible for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect and why
- Contact and private event forms - the details you enter, to reply to your enquiry.
- News and updates - your name and email, only if you tick the box, to send you news. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Purchases and bookings - handled by Mindbody, our booking and payment platform, to process your purchase and manage your bookings.
- IP address - when you send a form, kept for 10 minutes to protect our forms from spam.
We process this data to handle your requests and purchases, on the basis of your consent where you give it, the steps needed for your request or contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Your data is shared only with the service providers that help us run the website, our email and our bookings, some of which may process it outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. We never sell it.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, news subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and purchase records for the period required by Portuguese tax law.
4. Cookies
Our website doesn't set cookies of its own. The booking and purchase tools on some pages are provided by Mindbody and may set their own cookies and use their own analytics tools, under Mindbody's privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@ale-club.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) - www.cnpd.pt.
6. Consumer disputes
In the event of a dispute, you can contact the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (CACCL) - www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt.
